About me

I am an accredited therapist with the Irish Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (MIACP). My approach is relational and person centred. I offer a caring therapeutic experience in a safe, respectful, confidential and non judgemental environment. I am an experienced therapist and I have worked with many clients over the past 10 years. I undertake continuous professional development (CPD) training on an ongoing basis. In compliance with ethical guidelines set down by the IACP I undergo regular external supervision.

I graduated in 2005 after four years of training in Biodynamic and Integrative Psychotherapy. Subsequently, I have completed two years post graduate training in Mind and Body integration. In addition, I have completed trainings in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Healing from sexual abuse, Recovery from eating disorders, Sex therapy, Intimacy and healing, Recovery from sex addiction and Dreams in counselling. I am a practitioner of Mindfulness Meditation for the past 15 years and incorporate this approach into my work. I also have wide experience of the corporate area, work related stress and bullying.
